A two-week course conducted over two years, Public Assembly Facility Management School at Oglebay gives facility managers the knowledge they need to succeed. Senior Executive Symposium - SES is an intensive three-day program developed for IAAM by Cornell University's World Class Program in Executive Development for the Hospitality Industry. The curriculum addresses executive-level management issues such as strategic planning, negotiation and leadership skills. Academy for Venue Safety & Security-AVSS is IAAM's newest school.
